岗位具体职能分为五类：

①Aircraft Tyre Incident Investigation飞机轮胎故障调查；
②Tyre Performance Monitoring 轮胎性能监测；
③Tyre Pressure Audits轮胎充气压力审核；
④Retread Escalation Program (REP)翻新升级项目(REP)；
⑤Customer Training客户培训。

Understanding of aeronautical systems and aircraft maintenance practices.

Preferably with a good understanding of wheel, tyre and brake systems (either aircraft or automotive), able to demonstrate a sound understanding of the interconnectivity of landing gear systems.
熟悉飞机或汽车的车轮、轮胎和刹车系统者为佳，能充分理解起落架系统的互联性。
Experience of fault diagnosis techniques and report writing as part of technical investigations, comfortable explaining issues to external and internal customers.
在技术调查中具备故障诊断技术和技术调查报告撰写经验，能轻松自如地向外部和内部客户解释问题。
Capable of interpreting and collating data using various IT systems and software packages.
Capable of working on their own initiative, as part of a small global team.

Strong quality background, ideally experienced with international standards e.g AS9100.

Able to demonstrate good technical communication skills in both spoken and written English.
