DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
•Develops and execute plan on new properties acquisition
•Lead all government coordination and negotiations pertaining to property acquisition, residential development and project set-up
•Establish and maintain strong and long term good working relationship with government offices
•Monitors and drive execution of project timelines and key milestones and ensure that it is being implemented within budget, this includes but not limited to: land acquisition, processing of permits /licenses and project set up
•Conducts property analysis and market research, provides competitor scan, maps out market opportunities and prepares timely up to date reports on market developments and government policy changes
•Prepares project financials, reports and presentations as will be required by management
•Coordinates with departments, consultants, suppliers and other stakeholder to ensure project requirements are met
•Performs other duties/responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior.
QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED
EDUCATION : Bachelor’s Degree in any business-related course
EXPERIENCE : Minimum five (5) years work experience performing the same function in Business Development and or Project Development with specific exposure in real estate industry

(4) Proven ability to negotiate and close deals

(6) Exhibits experience in managing people and driving results
(7) Has the ability to self-motivate and motivate team
(8) Keen attention to details
(9) Proficient with MS Office and SAP applications (PPT, Excel, Word)
